All orders are processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition with packaging
- Products must be unopened or minimally used
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless item was defective)

How to Return an Item

- You will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package your items securely and include the return form
- Ship your return to the address provided
- Once received, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
