Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional fee applies)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition with packaging
  • Products must be unopened or minimally used
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless item was defective)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@nutrifysupp.com to initiate your return
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Package your items securely and include the return form
  4. Ship your return to the address provided
  5. Once received, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@nutrifysupp.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if necessary.
