Do I need a minimum follower count to apply?

How and when do I get paid?
Starter tier is paid monthly (Net-30), Pro Athlete is paid bi-weekly (Net-15), and Elite is paid weekly. Payouts are sent via PayPal, Stripe, or direct deposit — your choice.
